Happy 2008!

Happy New Year to everyone!! Yes, I know it's February - I've been dragging my feet lately!! We had a great holiday season back home with family & friends. Spent lots of time visiting and even more time eating (at least that's what my jeans are telling me). Jaymie & Ross got to make a short trip to the deer lease. The kids practically spent the night in a different place each night thanks to grandmas, cousins & friends. We all had a busy, but fun time. The day before we left my body graced itself with another kidney stone & I've been fighting it ever since. That's why I'm moving so slow! But, the German doctors & surgeons are taking good care of me & it will all be over shortly. I'm headed to Budapest next week, so I have to good by then!

We spent some time in Amsterdam this weekend. We've heard some bad things about Amsterdam, but I have to say...we enjoyed ourselves. Went to the VanGogh Museum, toured a diamond factory, kids got to ice skate, and we even had PANCAKES for lunch!! That's a huge thing for us since it's really hard to find syrup over here. Again, I'm sure my jeans will thank me for that! I'm posting some of the latest pics - Enjoy!!
